By exploring this website or acquiring any of our limited composition releases, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Saad Oudworks ("Atelier", "we", "us") and our collectors and visitors ("you", "client").

1. Composition Exclusivity & Nature

Saad Oudworks compositions are crafted with high concentrations of wild, aged, and highly curated natural materials. Due to the biological nature of organic oud, natural resins, and floral absolutes:

• Natural Variation: Slight aromatic variances between batches are normal and a hallmark of artisanal extraction, rather than a defect.
• Limited Quantity: Our compositions are strictly limited and numbered. We reserve the right to restrict purchase quantities per collector to prevent unauthorized commercial resale.

2. Placing Orders & Security

All acquisitions must be processed securely via our checkout system. When submitting your order:

Any attempt at payment fraud, unauthorized credit card use, or malicious bot acquisitions will result in immediate order cancellation and permanent restriction from future releases.

3. Pricing and Valuations

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) or United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are final at the time of check out. Due to the severe scarcity and volatility of aged wild agarwood oils, Saad Oudworks reserves the absolute right to adjust pricing on future releases without prior notification.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual assets, bespoke monogram marks, structural CSS layouts, copy, and product formulas represent the exclusive intellectual property of Saad Oudworks UAE. Unauthorized duplication or commercial exploitation of any resource is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your relationship with the Atelier shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
