Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Saad Oudworks. We handle and package every individual bottle within our atelier with obsessive attention to safety and luxury. Each composition is wrapped securely to withstand temperature variation and turbulent transport.

1. Fulfillment Timeframes

Due to the limited and numbered nature of our releases:

• Domestic Orders (UAE): Orders are fulfilled and delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
• International Orders: Orders are processed at our UAE atelier and dispatched via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex within 3 to 5 business days. Transit times range from 4 to 9 business days depending on destination custom procedures.

2. Custom Duties, VAT, & Clearance

For all acquisitions shipped internationally outside the UAE:

The client is strictly the importer of record. You may be subject to local import duties, sales taxes (VAT/GST), and custom clearance fees levied by your home country. These fees are determined entirely by your local customs authority and must be settled by the client upon courier request to release the package. Saad Oudworks has no control over these regulations and cannot issue refunds for packages returned due to customs fee rejection.

3. Flammability & Perfumery Regulations

Because Extraits de Parfum contain high concentrations of organic spirits, they are legally classified as dangerous goods (perfumery items) in international shipping. We hold certified commercial exporter accounts to safely and legally ship these compounds worldwide. Rest assured that your package will be declared correctly with all corresponding transport certificates to prevent custom holds or confiscation.

4. Secure Signature Upon Delivery

To safeguard your precious acquisition, all deliveries require a physical signature upon receipt. Couriers are instructed not to leave Saad Oudworks packages unattended at doorsteps. Please ensure that an authorized recipient is present at your designated delivery address to receive the package.
