At Saad Oudworks, we curate natural composition profiles of severe rarity and artisanal complexity. Because our extraits and oud distillations are strictly limited, numbered, and handcrafted in micro-batches using irreplaceable raw materials, our policy represents these physical constraints.

1. Finality of Acquisition

Except in instances of physical damage during shipping, all perfume and oil acquisitions are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, unexpected personal preferences, or skin chemistry interactions.

Due to the sanitary and preservation standards of organic, pure perfumery, once a bottle has been unsealed, it cannot be safely reintroduced into the atelier's inventory or redistributed.

2. Damaged or Faulty Arrivals

If your acquisition arrives with physical damage (e.g. glass breakage, leakage, or sprayer malfunctions) caused during logistics transport:

  1. Contact our concierge within 7 days of delivery at saad@saadoudworks.com.
  2. Provide clear photograph/video documentation of the unboxing showing the damage and the individual numbered seal of the bottle.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a prompt replacement of your composition (subject to remaining edition availability) or issue a complete refund.

3. Lost Shipments & Insurance

Every package leaving the Atelier is fully insured and assigned a secure tracking signature. If your delivery is marked as "delivered" but is missing, please contact the local designated courier immediately to lodge a case. The Atelier will fully assist with courier investigations, but is not responsible for packages stolen from delivery doorsteps after verified delivery.
